Quality and Standards Advisor

Full Time | Permanent
Salary: £36,668
Home-based with national travel

We are now looking for a committed and knowledgeable Quality and Standards Advisor to join our Quality and Standards team.

If you’re experienced in quality assurance within education and training, thrive on building positive relationships, and are motivated by making a genuine difference to learners’ experiences — we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Quality and Standards Advisor, you will work in partnership with a defined caseload of providers to support, guide and advise them in delivering high-quality qualifications. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance, mitigating risk, and continuously improving delivery, assessment and quality assurance practices.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll:

  • Provide advice and guidance
  • Carry out external quality assurance activities
  • Investigate and mitigate risks
  • Contribute to Open Awards’ ongoing regulatory compliance.

You’ll also support organisational improvement by feeding back insights, contributing to training and standardisation events, and helping ensure our systems and processes promote best practice.
