Health Education England - Functional Skills Assessments

Open Awards are proud to work with Health Education England to support the delivery of Functional Skills. This contract is in place until the end of March 2024. This contract makes Functional Skills assessments available to any health or social care employer whose employees or apprentices:

• Need to access an assessment to progress AND
• Are ready to sit an assessment (ie. they have completed a programme of learning and can evidence that they are at the required level to achieve)

Once you are set up as a delivery site for this project, you will be able to choose the delivery method(s) that best suits you and your apprentice's needs.

As this project is being funded by Health Education England, there are no direct costs to employers or employees taking part in the project. 

Once you are an approved HEE site, you can schedule your assessments through the XAMS assessment platform.
