Our Board of Trustees has oversight of our strategic direction, agrees the forward plans and monitors our operational activity. The Board is responsible for ensuring that we maintain our licence to operate from Ofqual and from the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education.

Board members bring their skills, experience and knowledge to bear on the work of Open Awards and help the organisation to meet its mission and vision.
