FUNCTION OF THE POST:
We are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to support Open Awards to grow our brand and customers in schools, colleges and training providers across Wales. We are in the process of developing reformed qualifications for the 14-16 curriculum, and are looking for somebody with a passion for education, strong understanding of Curriculum for Wales, and an ability to support schools and colleges to engage with Open Awards and prepare for delivery from September 2026.
You will be based in Wales with occasional travel Open Awards' office in Speke.
Functions of the Post
- To sell Open Awards products and services across Wales
- To grow learner numbers and increase the range of Open Awards products used in existing providers across Wales
- To support the development of the Open Awards offer through wider stakeholder engagement
