NHS England Functional Skills Assessments
Open Awards are proud to work with NHS England to support the delivery of Functional Skills. This contract is live from 1st July 2024 to 31st March 2027. This contract makes Functional Skills assessments available to all NHS employers and SME’s who deliver NHS services. It is designed for employees who:
- Need to access an assessment to progress AND
- Are ready to sit an assessment (i.e. they have completed a programme of learning and can evidence that they are at the required level to achieve)
Reading, writing and maths assessments can be scheduled from 1st July 2024 via the XAMS assessment platform. Please contact customerservices@openawards.org.uk if you don't yet have access to the Open Awards systems. When booking via XAMS, please schedule assessments within these session times.
- AM Session: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM (Monday to Saturday)
- PM Session: 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Please note that we will be closed on Sundays.
