Open Awards will upload results to UCAS on or around the 29th July. Universities will make offers to learners via the Track system. From the 6th August onwards learners will be able to begin seeing offers made by Universities. However, the track system will close to learners between the 9th and the 15th whilst UCAS and universities process A-Level results.

UCAS have a really useful tool for finding this out. All you need to do is choose the Access to HE Diploma from the qualification drop down and enter the number of credits at pass, merit and distinction and the calculator will tell them the total points. You can find the UCAS tariff calculator here - https://www.ucas.com/ucas/tariff-calculator

N.B: learners have to have 45 graded credits to qualify for UCAS points

It’s a good idea to try to resolve your concerns with the college and follow their internal appeals and complaints procedure. Your certificate will be sent directly to your college by 29th July 2019 unless we have a query with your award. Your college will send the certificate to you once they have checked it. Please make sure that the college has your correct address.

You can suggest to your chosen university that they contact Open Awards at customerservice@openawards.org.uk or 0151 494 2072 to gain free access to our secure portal to view your results whilst they are waiting for your certificate.

We produce all learners certificates within 2 weeks of the grades being signed off by the college and confirmed by Open Awards. All certificates are sent directly to the provider so if you haven’t received your certificate yet, please contact your provider to find out how to obtain your certificates.

If you have achieved the full qualification, you will receive a certificate displaying this. You will also receive a unit transcript which will display the units you have studied and the grades achieved. Universities may ask to see these certificates so keep them safe!

Results were submitted to UCAS on Monday 26th July 2021. These results are then made available to the universities you have applied for who will check the results against your offers and will then make contact with you.

You can calculate the UCAS points that you have achieved by clicking using UCAS’s Tariff Calculator here
