FAQs - HEIs

Certificates are distributed to learners by the providers when they have been checked. The will be despatched by Open Awards between 1st and 29th July except for queries which may be later. Learners are advised to forward their certificates to HEIs directly.

Open Awards provides a free secure portal service for HEIs which enables them to view results directly for any Open Awards learner. If you would like access to this service, please email a formal request for access to the HEI portal from your university email address to customerservice@openawards.org.uk. You will then be sent a copy of the terms and conditions which you must agree to by return email.

Information can be validated by a member of Open Awards staff or HEIs can use the free secure portal service above to verify results. If you have queries, please contact customerservice@openawards.org.uk or 0151 494 2072 for further assistance.
