Salary £22,000 to £24,000 per annum based on experience

Open Awards are seeking to appoint a self-motivated person to the role of ICT Support. This post plays a key role in supporting the Open Awards ICT systems to ensure the smooth running of Open Awards operations. This includes the monitoring and maintenance of ICT systems, troubleshooting, process mapping, system testing, report writing, helpdesk support and problem-solving.
You will need to have good communication skills, be able to meet strict deadlines and have experience of:
- Databases and data migration
- Producing reports
This is a fixed term (9 month) full-time position to start as soon as possible. The role offers variety and involves working closely with a dedicated team of colleagues. Our office is based in Speke, Liverpool and the role will require some home working.
