Skills for Further Learning & Employment: An Alternative Curriculum
Join us to explore how you can use flexible alternative curriculum pathways to support engagement, inclusion and progression through SFLE.
Join us online for an engaging session exploring how you can support learners through an alternative curriculum that builds confidence, motivation and employability.
This webinar will focus on Open Awards Skills for Further Learning and Employment (SFLE) qualification suite, which combines personal development and employability skills with an introduction to a range of vocational sectors. SFLE is designed for learners who may not thrive within a GCSE-only pathway, offering a practical, flexible approach that helps open doors to further learning, training and employment.
We’ll also provide an overview of our Skills Passport, which offers a ‘pick and mix’ option from over 150 qualifications, from Entry Level 1 to Level 1, to accredit work and life skills.
Whether you want to enhance your offer, re-engage learners, or strengthen progression and destinations, this session will share practical ideas, delivery models and real-world examples from schools and alternative provision settings.
Come and join us to see how SFLE can work for your learners, gather practical resources, and get ready to put new ideas into action!
