|Assessment ‘Window’ Candidate Confidentiality Statement||This statement must be completed by all candidates who sit an Assessment within an agreed flexible Assessment Window. Completed forms must be returned electronically, with the papers for marking. Open Awards must be notified immediately of any known or suspected infringement of the conditions.|

|Functional Skills Marking Periods for 2015-2016||Marking schedule for externally marked assessments, including cut-off dates for marking, results and certification.|
|Approved Lead Assessor Nomination Form||Completed by centres when nominating an Approved Lead Assessor to the External Verifier.|
|Observation of Internal Assessment Guidance and Report Form||Minimum of 10% of cohort for all levels of English Speaking, Listening and Communication and Entry L1 Mathematics must be observed by appropriate 2nd tutor/assessor, and recorded.|
|Internal Verification Planning Document||Records planning the sampling of learners’ work – listing all learners and identifies which will be sampled.|
|Internal Verification Tracking Document||Records sampling of learners’ work – listing all learners and identifies which were actually sampled.|
|Internal Verification Feedback from IV to Assessor Form||Used to provide feedback to Assessors when sampling of learners’ work has been internally verified – supports internal quality assurance.|
